Fork


Ingredients :

» 1 package (250 gr) margarine (will be melted and cooled)
» 1 tea glass Aysan Sunflower Seed Oil
» 1 tea glass warm water
» 1 heaping dessert spoon mahalep
» 1 package Kent Boringer Baking Powder
» 1 egg yolk
» 1,5 tea spoon salt
» Enough flour (around 5 water glasses)
» For the top: 1 egg white & love in a mist


Making :

1. Place the flour on a broad cup. Open the middle and add margarine, egg yolk, mahaleb, sunflower seed oil, lukewarm water, baking powder and salt.
2. Knead the dough. Dough will be hard at first, it will soften as you knead it.
3. Roll the dough and put it in a cup where it will not contact with air and let it rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
4. Take pieces sized as a big walnut from the dough and roll them with your hands. Then give "S" shape to the dough.
5. Combine two doughs given the "S" shape and form a fork. Spread egg yolk on them and spray love in a mist. Put the forks in an oiled tray and bake for 30 minutes at 200⁰C.
