Cookies with Pistachio


Amount: Approximately 40-45 pistachio.

Ingredients :

» 250 gr flour
» 250 gr farina
» 250 gr extracted Pistachio
» 5 Table spoons granulated sugar
» 4 Table spoons Kent Boringer Powder Sugar
» 2 Table spoons yogurt
» 200 gr butter
» 1 package Kent Boringer Baking Powder


Making :

1. Place butter in a broad cup.
2. Add powder sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder and yogurt and then knead it.
3. Add flour and semolina and keep kneading.
4. Add Powder Pistachio and knead until dough gets green.
5. Roll the doughs as big as walnuts and place them unto the oven tray.
6. Bake them at 120 degrees and open the door of the oven from time to time.
