Cheesecake with Raspberry


Ingredients :


» 3 eggs
» 2 package cereal biscuits
» 150 gr margarine (will be melted and cooled)
» 1 water glass granulated sugar
» 1 glass yogurt
» 1 package Kent Boringer Sugared Vanilla
» 1 box cream cheese

For the top :
» 2 package of raspberries (frozen or fresh)
» 2 table spoons Kent Boringer Wheat Starch
» 2 glasses sourcherry juice
» 2 table spoons Kent Boringer Powder Sugar


Making :

1. Crush the biscuits.
2. Mix them with margarine and spread them into a round pie mould
3. Whisk yogurt, sugar, egg and sugared vanilla in a cup.
4. Add cream cheese to the mixture.
5. Spread this mixture on to the biscuits and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
6. Whisk raspberries in a different cup; bake sourcherry juice, powder sugar and wheat starch.
7. After the pie cools, pour the mixture on it.
8. Keep Cheesecake with Raspberry for 24 hours in refrigerator and then serve it.
