Cake with Banana-Strawberry


Ingredients :

» 3 eggs, 
» 3 coffee cup granulated sugar, 
» 3 coffee cup milk, 
» 1 package Kent Boringer Baking Powder
» 1 table spoon Kent Boringer Trix Strawberry Powder Drink 


For the cream :

» 3,5 milk, 
» 1 package Kent Boringer Vanilla Powder Pudding, 
» 1 table spoon chocolate hazelnut cream, 
» 50 gr margarine, 
» 3 bananas (strawberries may be added upon request)


Making :

For the cake :

1. Cover insides of the 3 cake mould at dimensions of 20 cm. with grease-proof paper.
2. Mix eggs, milk, sugar, baking powder and strawberry powder drink in a broad cup.
3. Share the mixture equally into cake moulds.
4. Bake the cakes until their surfaces get pink at 150 degrees.
5. Take them out of the oven, let them cool.


For the cream :

1. Start cooking in a pot by mixing milk and vanilla powder pudding.
2. Add chocolate hazelnut cream.
3. Add margarine when mixture starts thickening.
4. Put the pudding in a pot full of water. Let it cool by mixing continuously.
5. Puddle the surface of the first cake with the pudding. Place 2 slices of banana on it.
6. Place the second cake on it. Puddle it with the pudding and place the slices of 1 banana left.
7. Put it in the refrigerator and wait for 2 hours.
8. Serve it by slicing.
