Tiramisu


Ingredients :

» 1 ready sponge cake
» 1 water glass warm water
» 2 table spoons Kent Boringer 2in1 Coffee
» 2 table spoons granulated sugar
» 1 package Kent Boringer Sugared Vanilla

For the cream :

» 4 water glasses milk 
» 1 eggs 
» 200 gr mild cream cheese 
» 3 coffee cup flour
» 3 coffee cup granulated sugar 

For the top :

» 2 table spoons Kent Boringer Cacao

Making:

For the cream : 

1. Put milk, flour, egg, sugared vanilla and granulated sugar in a pot and cook them by whisking continuously with a scrambler.
2. Add a package of cream cheese into the hot cream and mix it.
3. Leave it to cool.

For the tiramisu :

1. Mix hot water, 2in1 coffee and granulated sugar.
2. Split the sponge cakes in half to obtain 2 separate cakes.
3. Wet the sponge cakes with this mixture.
4. Pour half of the cold cream onto the sponge cake on the serving plate and distribute it. Cover it with other sponge cake, cover the whole cake with rest of the cream.
5. Spread cacao on the top of it by screening with a tea strainer.
