Turkish Shortbread


Ingredients :


» 1 package (250 gr) margarine (will be softened at ambient temperature)
» 1 coffee cup Aysan Sunflower Seed Oil
» 3 table spoons Kent Boringer Powder Sugar
» 4 table spoons Kent Boringer Wheat Starch
» Enough flour (4,5 - 5 water glasses)

For the top :

» 1 tea glass Kent Boringer Powder Sugar


Making :

1. Whisk margarine, oil and powder sugar until they creamy.
2. Knead the dough after adding wheat starch and flour.
3. Roll the dough as big as walnuts and place them onto the baking tray.
4. Bake them in an oven preheated to 160 degrees in the manner that they will remain white (will not roasted).
5. Cover them with powder sugar after cooling.
