Chicken with Soy Sauce


Ingredients :

» 250-300gr skinless boneless chicken breast,
» 1 fresh red pepper
» 1 small onion,
» 1 tea spoon of soy sauce
» 1 tea spoon Kent Boringer Tomato Seasoning 
» 2-3 table spoons Aysan Sunflower Seed Oil,
» 3-4 cultivated mushrooms

Making:

1. Hash the chicken, peppers and onions.
2. Cut the mushrooms in four.
3. Put a teflon frying pan onto your cooker add some oil and brown all the ingredients you have hashed.
4. Add tomato seasoning.
5. Add soy sauce and 2-3 table spoons of extra water when they are cooked.
6. After they have soaked up the sauce, serve hot.
