Stuffed Steak Fillet with Walnut

Ingredients :

» 4 pieces of light beaten steak
» Half water glass of light crushed walnut
» 3-4 branches of fine cut parsley
» 3 table spoons Aysan Sunflower Seed Oil
» 2 green peppers
» 1 tea spoon hot water
» 1 table spoon Kent Boringer Seasoning with Garlic
» Blackpepper

For fixing the meat :

» Toothpicks of baking line

For the sauce :

» 4 tomatoes
» Half tea spoon of vegetable oil
» 1 dessert spoon of  Kent Boringer Seasoning with Garlic

Making:

1. First prepare the sauce. For this put some oil onto the pan; add finger sized tomatoes and seasoning with garlic and leave them to cook.
2. When skins of the tomatoes start to soften, take the skins out of the pan. Crush them with fork and make them pasty like sauce. A few minutes later take it from the cooker and pour it into another cup.
3. Pour seasoning with garlic onto the steaks.
4. Mix walnut, garlic and parsley in a different cup.
5. Place the seasoning you have prepared into the steaks and wind them as rolls. In order to prevent them from opening, lash them or bond them with tooth picks.
6. Add 2 table spoons of oil into the pan you have cooked the sauce. Put the steaks and the pepper which you will slice as rings into the pan and fry.
7. Add tomato sauce and hot water onto it. Cook it for 10 minutes with its lid closed, then take it from the cooker.
