Carrot Cake


Ingredients :

» 4 eggs
» 1 water glass Aysan Sunflower Seed Oil
» 2 water glasses granulated sugar 
» 1 water glass Kent Boringer Powder Sugar
» 3 water glasses grated carrot
» 2,5 water glasses flour
» 1 water glass (100 gr) large extracted walnut
» 1 lemon rind grater
» 2 dessert spoon cinnamon
» 1 package Kent Boringer Baking Powder
» 1 package Kent Boringer Sugared Vanilla


Making :

1. Whisk the egg whites until they become like snows.
2. Add 1 water glass of sugar little by little and keep whisking.
3. Whisk egg yolks and 1 water glass of sugar in a different cup until the sugar melts.
4. Add the oil, keep whisking.
5. Put carrots, lemon rind grater into a cup and add walnuts and start mixing.
6. First pour the egg yolk mixture and then pour the egg white mixture. Whisk slowly.
7. Add baking powder, flour, cinnamon and sugared vanilla by screening.
8. Whisk a little more at the lowest rate of the mixer.
9. Pour the cake dough into the well oiled cake mould.
10. Bake in oven for 30-35 minutes at 175 degrees.
