Mosaic Cake


Ingredients :

» 1 package (200 gr) petit beurre biscuits 
» 1 finger less than 1 water glass butter
» Half water glass of beaten hazelnut or walnut
» 50 gr Kent Boringer Cacao
» 1/4 water glass milk
» 1 eggs
» 1 water glass Kent Boringer Powder Sugar

For the top :

» 80 gr bitter chocolate
» 1 table spoons butter

Making :

1. Put butter and powder sugar into the pot.
2. Add eggs on it.
3. Add cacao and milk and start mixing.
4. Cook it at the lowest heat for 3 minutes.
5. Crush the biscuits in a different cup.
6. Take the mixture from the oven and pour in onto the biscuits.
7. Add hazelnut and whisk it.
8. Pour it onto the grease-proof paper and give the shape of your choosing and cool it in the refrigerator.
9. After it gets frozen, crush the bitter chocolate into little pieces and melt it with butter by means of water bath and pour it onto the mosaic cake. (Water bath: Put chocolate pieces and butter in a cup. Put the cup into a pot filled with hot water and melt it.)
