Soufflé


Ingredients :

» 125 gr bitter chocolate
» 1 table spoon butter
» 4 water glasses milk
» 1 water glass granulated sugar 
» 4 table spoons Kent Boringer Cacao
» 1 table spoons flour
» 6 eggs  (awaited at ambient temperature) 
» 1 table spoons Kent Boringer Wheat Starch 
» 1 package Kent Boringer Sugared Vanilla

Making:

1. Put milk, sugar and cacao into a medium sized pot.
2. Add chocolate and butter.
3. Add flour, wheat starch and sugared vanilla and then cook it on medium heat until it gets thick.
4. Let it cool.
5. Whisk the yolks and whites of the eggs waited at room temperature separately.
6. Add bubbly egg yolks into the chocolate pudding and mix it.
7. Finally add egg white which is whisked for 7-8 minutes into the chocolate pudding slowly.
8. Oil the bakeware soufflé cups and spread very few flour and granulated sugar on to the bottom.
9. Distribute the mixture you have prepared into these cups.
10. Leave a finger sized space in all of them.
11. Bake the soufflé for 25-30 minutes at 175 degrees and serve hot.
12. You can serve them with powder sugar and cream.

Key point :
Never open the door of the oven while soufflés are baking.
